Repeat business
Broadcasts you can audit, and follow-ups that run themselves
Send a template to a segment and watch it land per recipient — delivered, read, clicked, failed and retried. Then let the date triggers do the quiet work: refills, birthdays, and the nudge that goes out when someone stops replying.
- Per-recipient delivered, read and clicked, with automatic retry on failure
- Consent checked before a marketing template is sent
- Date triggers for birthdays, refills and N days either side of any date
- A sales pipeline that shows deal value on the board

What you get
A broadcast you can audit per recipient
Delivered, read, clicked, failed and retried, name by name — not one summary number that hides the fifty people who never got it.
Consent checked before a marketing template goes out
Marketing consent is recorded and enforced at send time, so an opt-out is a fact the system holds rather than a promise your team has to remember.
Segments built from what you know
Tags, lifecycle stage, custom fields, past orders and ad source combine into the audience you actually meant, and the segment is reusable next month.
Follow-ups that need nobody's attention
Date triggers cover refills, birthdays and renewals. A conversation that goes quiet reopens itself on the day you chose, with the message you wrote for it.
The commercial side, on the same contacts
A pipeline that shows deal value on the board, plus bookings, forms, tasks and CSAT surveys — all reading the same contact record as the inbox.
How it runs
Build the audience
Filter contacts down to the ones the message is for, and save it as a segment you can send to again.
Pick an approved template
Meta approves templates before they can be sent outside the 24-hour window. Marketing templates skip anyone who has not consented.
Send it, or schedule it
Then watch it land: per-recipient delivery and read state, clicks on your links, and automatic retries on failure.
Let the quiet work continue
The date triggers keep sending refills and birthdays, and the reopen flow picks up the customers who drifted.
Frequently asked
- Why do I need an approved template?
- Meta only allows a free-form reply inside 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside it, the message must be a template Meta has approved — that rule is Meta's, and it applies to every platform.
- Do you mark up WhatsApp message fees?
- No. Meta bills you directly at their published per-message rates on your own WhatsApp Business Account. We add nothing to it.
- What happens to people who opted out?
- Marketing consent is checked before the send, and contacts without it are left out. The record of who consented, and when, stays on the contact.
- Can a follow-up start on its own?
- Yes — that is what date triggers are for. Any date on a contact can fire a message a chosen number of days before or after it, and a conversation that has gone quiet can reopen itself.
